Silver Plating
Whether fine or hard silver, metallic or organically passivated, e.g., with thiols. Silver is one of the most important surfaces for plug-in applications.
Gold Plating
The queen among contact materials. As a plug-in surface or for wire bonding, as a fine or hard gold layer.
Tin Plating
As a contact material or for soldering applications. We offer matte tin, bright tin, and reflow tin.
Nickel Plating
Nickel has a wide range of applications and is used in electrical installations, data and telecommunication structures, or automotive applications. We offer nickel in matte, bright, semi-bright, or nickel-phosphorus.
Palladium Plating
Palladium is used, for example, as a contact material in relays or as a surface for wire bonding.
Copper plating
